g2p-sk software package provides Phonetic transcription for Slovak language, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install g2p-sk
g2p-sk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the g2p-sk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep g2p-sk *
You will get with g2p-sk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
